Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs and services provided by ARmethod Coaching Institute (ACI), a unit of Curioversity Learning Private Limited (CIN: U85500AS2023PTC025625).

1. Cancellation Policy

Once a student has enrolled and made any payment, cancellation of admission is NOT permitted.
No cancellations are allowed under any circumstances.

Enrollment is considered a confirmation of joining the program and your seat is immediately reserved.

2. Refund Policy (Within One Day of Joining Only)

A refund may only be requested under the following single condition:

  • The refund request must be made within one (1) day of joining the program.

After 1 day of joining:

  • No refunds will be processed

  • No transfers, cancellations, or course changes are allowed

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are within the 1-day eligibility period, email us at:

Required details:

  • Student name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Program enrolled

  • Payment receipt

Refund requests through WhatsApp, phone, or verbally are not accepted.

4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or loss of interest

  • Delay due to teacher replacement, mentor availability or schedule changes

  • Internet/device/technology issues

  • Personal reasons, exam stress, travel, change of plan

  • Force majeure (exam pattern change, natural events, medical emergencies, etc.)

  • Foundation programs or individual tuition programs

5. 100% Fee Refund Seat Guarantee (Separate Policy)

The “"ACI's Get Top Tier Engineering / Medical Seat or get 100% Fee Refund "Policy” falls under a separate policy with strict conditions.

6. Processing Timeline

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed in 180 working days

  • Returned through the same payment mode

7. Non-Transferability

Refunds, cancellation, batch change, or postponement requests are not allowed.

Enrollment, program seat, and fee paid:

  • Cannot be transferred to another student

  • Cannot be exchanged for another course

8. Final Decision Clause

All refund decisions are made by ACI’s internal committee.
The decision will be final and binding.
