Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs and services provided by ARmethod Coaching Institute (ACI), a unit of Curioversity Learning Private Limited (CIN: U85500AS2023PTC025625), hereinafter referred to as "ACI", "ARmethod Coaching Institute", or the "Institute".

1. Cancellation Policy

Once a student has enrolled and made any payment, cancellation of admission is not permitted, except as expressly provided in this policy or as required under applicable law.

Enrollment shall be treated as a confirmed commitment to join the program, and the student’s seat is considered reserved immediately upon payment.

1A. Date of Enrollment / Joining

The date of enrollment or joining shall be deemed to be the date on which the first payment (including any booking amount, advance, partial payment, or full fee) is received by ACI or its authorized representatives.

Any such payment confirms admission, reserves the student’s seat, and marks the commencement of the student’s enrollment with ACI, irrespective of the official batch or class start date.

All timelines, policies, and conditions, including those related to cancellation and refunds, shall be calculated strictly from this date.

Payments made to any unauthorized individual or third party shall not be recognized unless formally acknowledged by ACI.

2. Refund Policy (Within One Day of Joining Only)

A refund may only be requested under the following condition:

  • The refund request must be submitted within one (1) day from the date of enrollment/joining as defined in Section 1A.

The one-day period shall be calculated from the earlier of:

  • the time of first payment, or

  • the time of being granted access to any part of the program (including but not limited to communication groups, onboarding, study materials, or academic resources).

After one (1) day from the date of enrollment:

  • No refunds shall be processed

  • No cancellations, transfers, or course changes shall be permitted

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are within the 1-day eligibility period, email us at:

Required details:

  • Student name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Program enrolled

  • Payment receipt

Requests made through WhatsApp, phone calls, verbal communication, or any other mode shall not be considered valid.

In cases where an official payment receipt is not available, proof of payment such as transaction screenshots or bank confirmation may be submitted.

However, such proof shall be subject to verification and must match ACI’s records.

ACI reserves the right to accept or reject such proof subject to verification against ACI’s official records.

4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or cancellation requests shall not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or loss of interest

  • Dissatisfaction with teaching methodology, mentorship, batch structure, or academic approach

  • Delay due to faculty changes, mentor availability, scheduling adjustments, or batch restructuring

  • Internet, device, or technology-related issues

  • Personal reasons, exam stress, travel, relocation, or change of plans

  • Non-attendance, partial attendance, or non-usage of services

  • Requests made after enrollment but prior to official batch commencement

  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to exam pattern changes, natural disasters, pandemics, medical emergencies, government restrictions, or events beyond ACI’s control

  • Enrollment in foundation programs, individual tuition programs, or other non-refundable categories

No refunds shall be granted on a pro-rata, partial usage, or unused portion basis under any circumstances.

5. 100% Fee Refund Seat Guarantee (Separate Policy)

The ""ACI Seat Guarantee / 100% Fee Refund Policy" is governed by a separate set of strict terms and conditions.

6. Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds shall be processed within up to 180 working days due to administrative, financial, and verification procedures

  • Refunds shall be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise determined by ACI

7. Non-Transferability

Refunds, cancellations, batch changes, or postponement requests are not permitted beyond the conditions specified in this policy.

Enrollment, program seat, and fees paid:

  • Cannot be transferred to another individual

  • Cannot be exchanged for another course or program

  • Cannot be adjusted, set off, or carried forward to any future enrollment

8. Final Decision Clause

All refund-related decisions shall be made by ACI’s internal committee.

Such decisions shall be final and binding within ACI’s internal processes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
