Such updates shall be effective upon publication on the official website or through ACI’s official communication channels. While ACI may communicate updates through various channels, it does not guarantee individual notification to each student or parent/guardian.

It shall be the responsibility of the student and parent/guardian to regularly check ACI’s official website and communication channels to stay informed of any updates or changes.

All such modifications, updates, or revisions shall apply to both new and existing students from the date of publication and shall govern all ongoing and future aspects of the student’s enrollment, participation, and use of ACI’s services.

Continued participation in ACI’s programs and use of its services after such updates shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised rules and policies.

In case of any inconsistency or dispute, the latest published version of these Rules and Regulations shall prevail.

1B. Payment and Authorized Collection Channels

Payments towards ACI programs may be made through official payment modes, bank accounts, or any designated or authorized accounts communicated by ACI or its authorized representatives from time to time.

Any payment made to such authorized accounts shall be deemed as valid payment to ACI and shall constitute confirmation of enrollment, irrespective of whether such account is in the name of ACI, its parent entity (Curioversity Learning Private Limited), or any authorized representative acting on its behalf.

The date of the first payment (including any booking amount, advance, partial payment, or full fee) shall be treated as the date of enrollment/joining for all purposes under ACI’s policies, including but not limited to refund timelines, cancellation conditions, and program participation.

Payments made to any account not expressly communicated or acknowledged by ACI shall not be recognized.

2. Eligibility

Enrollment is open to users aged 13 and above. Students below 18 must have parental/guardian consent.

We do not guarantee specific JEE/NEET results. Our "ACI Seat Guarantee / 100% Fee Refund Policy" is subject to separate terms (see here: https://www.armethod.in/aciseatguarantee) and is also detailed under Section 13 of this document.

Technology tools (apps, AR/VR devices, etc.) are supplementary aids. ACI shall not be liable for any disruptions, interruptions, or inability to provide services arising from device malfunctions, internet issues, or external factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, internet outages, infrastructure failures, examination authority changes, or any events beyond ACI’s control. This includes, but is not limited to, errors or inaccuracies in mock tests, evaluations, or study materials.

4A. No Guarantee of Results

Enrollment in ACI does not guarantee admission, rank, score, or success in any examination including JEE or NEET. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including individual effort, exam conditions, and external variables beyond ACI’s control.

4B. Marketing and Representation Disclaimer

Any statements, advertisements, marketing materials, or promotional content (including but not limited to expected scores, target batches, success stories, or illustrative outcomes) are indicative in nature and do not constitute a guarantee or binding commitment.

Actual results may vary significantly based on individual effort and external factors.

4C. General Disclaimer on Service Standards

  • By enrolling in and using ACI’s services, the user acknowledges and agrees that all services—including but not limited to teaching, mock tests, evaluations, feedback, mentorship, content delivery, scheduling, and communication—are provided on a best-effort basis.

  • Any delays, errors, omissions, interruptions, rescheduling, changes in faculty, variation in difficulty levels, differences in evaluation standards, or technical issues shall not be deemed as a deficiency in service.

  • Such instances shall not entitle the user to any refund, compensation, damages, or legal claims of any nature against ACI.

  • The user expressly waives any right to claim deficiency of service under applicable consumer protection laws to the extent permitted by law.

4C. No Unconditional Guarantee

Any reference to outcomes such as securing admission, achieving specific ranks, or receiving a fee refund shall be interpreted as conditional and subject to the eligibility criteria defined in ACI’s policies.

No communication, advertisement, or representation shall be construed as an unconditional guarantee of results or refund.

4D.No Waiver Clause

No statement, communication, or conduct by ACI, whether written or verbal, shall be deemed to waive or modify any condition of its policies unless explicitly confirmed in writing by ACI.

5. Accuracy and Modifications

While we strive for accuracy, ACI does not guarantee completeness or timeliness of information. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

Academic content, questions, and solutions may evolve over time based on updated standards, feedback, or expert review.

5A. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Discontinue Services

ARmethod Coaching Institute (ACI) reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, restructure, replace, or discontinue any course, batch, program, service, feature, faculty engagement, delivery format (online/offline/hybrid), timetable, or associated offering, either partially or in full, at any time.

Such actions may be taken due to, but not limited to, academic considerations, operational constraints, insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, technological limitations, regulatory or policy changes, force majeure events, or any other circumstances deemed appropriate by ACI in the best interest of academic integrity or institutional operations.

Where a service is discontinued or materially altered, ACI may, at its discretion, offer a suitable alternative, adjustment, or settlement in accordance with its internal policies. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such changes shall not automatically entitle the student to a refund, compensation, or damages.

The decision of ACI in this regard shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.

5B. Mock Tests and Answer Accuracy Disclaimer

ACI provides mock tests, practice questions, answer keys, and performance analytics strictly for educational and practice purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, ACI does not guarantee that all questions, solutions, explanations, or answer keys are free from errors or omissions.

Students are advised to independently verify answers and concepts. ACI shall not be held liable for any academic loss, performance impact, or consequences arising from inaccuracies in mock tests or related content.

5C. Delay in Evaluation and Response

ACI may, at times, experience delays in providing mock test evaluations, answer keys, solutions, feedback, or performance analytics due to academic review processes, technical issues, operational constraints, faculty availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While reasonable efforts will be made to adhere to expected timelines, ACI does not guarantee immediate or time-bound delivery of such responses.

ACI shall not be held liable for any academic impact, perceived loss, or consequences arising from such delays.

Such delays shall not be considered a deficiency of service and shall not qualify for refunds, compensation, or claims.

5D. Verification of Test Evaluation

In case a student believes that any mock test, evaluation, score, or result has been incorrectly assessed, the student must report such discrepancy to ACI within 48 hours of the result being declared.

All such claims must be formally reviewed and verified by ACI faculty or authorized personnel. Any correction shall be valid only if officially acknowledged and recorded by ACI.

Claims raised after this period, or without prior verification by ACI, shall not be considered under any circumstances. Self-evaluated, altered, or independently interpreted answer sheets, OMR sheets, or records shall not be accepted.

For all academic, performance, and eligibility purposes (including but not limited to refund policies), only the scores recorded in ACI’s official system shall be deemed final and binding.

Failure to report discrepancies within the specified time shall be deemed as acceptance of the declared results.

In case of any conflict, ACI’s official records and system data shall prevail over any student-held records.

5E. Academic Delivery Scope

ACI does not guarantee any fixed number of classes, hours, sessions, or academic deliverables unless explicitly stated in writing. Academic delivery may vary based on curriculum requirements, batch progress, and operational considerations.

5F. Batch Structure and Program Variations

ACI may conduct multiple batches with varying sizes, compositions, formats, schedules, delivery methods, and academic structures based on academic and operational considerations. No specific batch size, structure, format, or delivery model is guaranteed at any time, and the same may be modified as required.

ACI reserves the right to create, modify, merge, split, reassign, or restructure batches, including but not limited to the formation of special, advanced, remedial, pilot, or exception batches that may differ from standard program formats. Students may be reassigned between batches as deemed appropriate by ACI based on academic or operational requirements.

Certain batches, programs, or offerings may be designated as non-standard, special, or exception categories and may be governed by separate or modified terms. Such batches may not be eligible for specific policies, including but not limited to the “Seat Guarantee / 100% Fee Refund Policy” outlined in Section 13, unless explicitly confirmed in writing by ACI.

In the absence of explicit written confirmation of eligibility, such policies shall be deemed not applicable.

Enrollment into any batch shall constitute acceptance of the applicable batch structure, format, and associated terms, including any variations, limitations, or exclusions.

Any dissatisfaction arising solely from batch size, composition, structure, reassignment, or format shall not, by itself, be considered a deficiency of service and shall not entitle the student to any refund, compensation, or claims.

5G. Updates to Terms and Policies

ACI reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions, as well as related rules and policies, from time to time based on academic, operational, or legal requirements.

Such updates shall become effective upon publication on the official website or communication through official channels.

These updates shall apply to all users, including those already enrolled, in relation to their ongoing participation and use of ACI’s services.

Users are advised to periodically review the latest version of these Terms. Continued use of ACI’s services after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior. ACI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misconduct or policy violations.

6A. Suspension of Access

ACI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any of its services, platforms, or resources in case of misconduct, non-compliance, or violation of rules, without refund.

7. Student Responsibility, Communication, Academic Support Services & Mentorship

  • This section governs all aspects of student responsibility, communication, academic support services (including supplementary resources and tools), and mentorship provided by ACI. All such services are offered within ACI’s academic framework and are subject to availability, structure, and operational considerations. These services are provided on a structured and best-effort basis and shall not be construed as guaranteed, continuous, or outcome-based obligations.

  • Misuse or harassment through any communication channels will result in immediate suspension without refund.

7A. Communication, Responsibility & Record Keeping

ACI may communicate academic, administrative, and operational information—including but not limited to schedules, class updates, mock tests, results, deadlines, attendance, and policy changes—through various channels such as WhatsApp, email, phone calls, in-person announcements, student portals, or other digital or physical means.

It shall be the sole responsibility of the student, and jointly the parent/guardian, to remain regularly informed of all such communications. The student is required to proactively check, track, and follow all updates and instructions issued by ACI and to seek clarification from ACI staff in a timely manner wherever required.

Failure to receive, read, acknowledge, or act upon any communication—whether due to inaccessibility, oversight, negligence, technical issues, or any other reason—shall not be attributed to ACI and shall not be considered a deficiency of service.

In the event of any dispute regarding communication, guidance, or support, only contemporaneous written and verifiable records maintained or acknowledged by ACI (including official messages, emails, system logs, or recorded submissions) shall be considered valid. Any claims based on verbal communication, informal discussions, or unverified records shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

Students are required to comply with all attendance, evaluation, and record-keeping processes prescribed by ACI, including but not limited to signing attendance sheets, marking digital attendance, submitting responses through official channels, and maintaining academic records. Failure to comply with such processes shall not be used to dispute attendance, participation, or performance records maintained by ACI.

ACI shall not be under any obligation to provide separate or additional updates to parents/guardians regarding attendance, academic performance, test results, or other activities unless explicitly agreed in writing. It shall be the responsibility of the student and/or parent/guardian to proactively obtain such information from ACI.

Both the student and the parent/guardian shall be jointly and severally responsible for ensuring compliance with all communication protocols, academic requirements, and institutional processes.

Any failure on the part of the student or parent/guardian to adhere to the above requirements shall not be considered a deficiency of service and shall not entitle them to any claims, disputes, refunds, or compensation of any nature.

7B. Supplementary Learning Resources & Tools

In addition to regular classes, mock tests, assignments, and core study material provided by ACI, the institute may from time to time recommend or provide access to additional learning resources, including but not limited to videos, digital content, AR/VR-based tools, and third-party applications.

Such resources are supplementary in nature and are provided solely to enhance conceptual understanding. They do not constitute the primary mode of instruction and shall not replace or override the core academic delivery of ACI.

ACI may curate, recommend, or facilitate access to external or third-party tools and platforms. ACI does not claim ownership of such tools and shall not be responsible for their content, functionality, availability, or performance.

The availability, format, timing, or mode of providing such supplementary resources may vary over the duration of the program. This shall not be construed as a delay, deficiency, or change in service.

Students are solely responsible for choosing whether or not to use such resources. ACI does not guarantee usage, engagement, or outcomes arising from these resources. Students are advised to prioritize core classes, tests, and study material and use supplementary resources only if they find them beneficial.

Any non-usage, partial usage, misunderstanding, or perceived lack of guidance regarding such resources shall not be attributed to ACI and shall not form grounds for any claims, disputes, refunds, or compensation.

The provision or recommendation of such resources shall not be interpreted as a promise, assurance, or commitment of any specific teaching methodology, feature, or outcome.

The use of AR/VR or technology-enabled tools is intended to enhance learning and may vary in frequency, depth, or format. It shall not be construed as a guaranteed or continuous mode of instruction.

7C. Mentorship Services & Availability

ACI may assign students a mentor (including but not limited to IITians, MBBS students, or other qualified individuals) for academic guidance, doubt-solving, and general support.

The term “personal mentor” refers to structured academic guidance within ACI’s framework and does not imply exclusive, continuous, or on-demand availability at all times.

Any reference to “24/7 availability” or similar expressions shall be interpreted as reasonable access to mentorship support across extended hours and shall not be construed as a guarantee of immediate response or uninterrupted availability.

Mentor interactions may be subject to availability, scheduling, workload, academic commitments, or operational constraints. ACI reserves the right to assign, reassign, replace, or modify mentors at its sole discretion without prior notice.

ACI does not guarantee response time, frequency of interaction, or specific outcomes from mentorship. Mentorship is supplementary in nature and does not replace classroom teaching or student responsibility.

Any dissatisfaction regarding mentor interaction, response time, quality of guidance, or mentor change shall not be considered a deficiency of service and shall not qualify for any claims, disputes, refunds, or compensation.

ACI does not guarantee that all doubts, queries, or academic difficulties will be resolved to the satisfaction of the student.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within one day of joining via email to office@armethod.in.

The seat-guarantee refund follows a separate set of conditions detailed here: https://www.armethod.in/aciseatguarantee and under Section 13 of this document.

In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., mentor unavailability, tech issues), we may adjust timelines or provide alternatives. Such scenarios will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds shall not be granted on grounds of dissatisfaction with teaching style, difficulty level, performance in mock tests, or perceived inaccuracies in content.

9. Third-party Tools

ACI uses external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, AR apps). We are not liable for service disruptions, technical issues, or data breaches from third-party services.

ACI does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to digital platforms.

Any loss of test data, responses, or progress due to technical issues shall not be considered a deficiency of service.
